Guardians of the Blessed Sacrament
" To fall in love with God is the greatest romance; to seek him is the greatest adventure; to find him, greatest human achievement". (St. Augustine)
Eucharistic Adoration is a devotion whereby members of our Parish and some surroundings Catholic Parishes unite in a continuous series of Holy Hours of Adoration before the Most Blessed Sacrament.
The Blessed Sacrament is exposed for Adoration upon the altar in a Monstrance, a beautiful receptacle that holds the Host in a glass so it can be seen. Those who commit to a rostered hour are Guardians of the Blessed Sacrament whose presence ensures that Jesus is never left alone.
you can spend time with Jesus at any time present in the Most Blessed Sacrament in Our Lady of Mercy Chapel ( attached to the Curran Centre).
